A recent survey has revealed that paraplanners are seen as a very important part of a financial planning business in 82% of the survey participants. This is a rise from the previous survey results that had paraplanner satisfaction at 65%.
Whilst many businesses are trying to justify paraplanning costs and determine whether hiring a paraplanner is important, the survey reveals that having a paraplanning service in place is "pivotal" to success in financial planning businesses. With the cost of outsourced paraplanning being linked to when adviser service fees are paid, most businesses can factor in the cost of a paraplanner to their business needs.
